Message stats error categories

เนื้อหานี้ยังไม่มีในภาษาของคุณ

Open a message in Message stats, go to the Errors tab, and expand a group. This page explains those groups in plain language.

The Errors tab groups rows by platform (for example Apple, Google, Huawei). Expand a platform to see the individual sender error codes it returned. Each code belongs to one of the categories below. For the full list of codes and their platform-specific meaning, use the platform pages under Sending errors.

Processing errors are separate. They are Pushwoosh-side failures. They show as their own row in the funnel, not under rejected sends.
