SMS and messenger presets

SMS, LINE, and Kakao presets and rich messages live in Content > Messenger presets, each on its own tab. RCS has no tab of its own and is set up inside an SMS preset. The LINE and Rich messages tabs appear only when these channels are enabled for your account. A rich message builds one message for several channels at once.

SMS presets

Create reusable SMS content with personalization, several languages, and link shortening. To send over RCS, attach a Twilio RCS template to an SMS preset.
