Getting started with Telegram

Telegram lets you reach users in a familiar channel where they already read and respond to messages quickly.

With a Telegram bot connected to Pushwoosh, you can automate onboarding, reminders, and follow-ups in Customer Journey Builder.

Start working with Telegram

1. Create a bot in Telegram
   Use @BotFather to create a new bot with /newbot or to copy an existing bot token with /mybots. You need the API token string BotFather provides.
