Import SMS contacts

You can upload a CSV file to bulk import phone numbers. Imported numbers will be registered as SMS subscribers, allowing you to personalize and segment your SMS communications.

SMS contacts are imported through the shared Import contacts wizard, which can register email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Viber subscribers from the same CSV file in one pass. Map the column with phone numbers to the SMS channel to register them as SMS subscribers.
