If you encounter any issues, while integrating the Pushwoosh SDK, consider checking our troubleshooting guides to identify where exactly your integration might be failing and collect the necessary information to get help from our team.

For further assistance with integration, questions or suggestions, you can reach our support team in three ways:

After submitting a ticket, the following process will occur:

  • A dedicated specialist will be assigned to your ticket and guide it from start to finish.
  • You will receive an initial response within 24 hours. Additional questions may be asked to better understand your issue.
  • If your ticket concerns a bug or problem, most issues are resolved within 1–2 weeks.

P.S

  • Tickets with a reproducer attached are given high priority and are addressed first.
  • Crash-related issues are prioritized and will be addressed as soon as possible. However, to proceed, we require a complete crash report.

To create a ticket via the web widget:

  1. Open the web widget in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Select “Get in touch”.
  3. Follow the instructions in the chat window.

To create a ticket via the web widget:

  1. Go to the Pushwoosh Support page.
  2. Fill out the form and submit your request.

To create a ticket via GitHub:

  1. Select the repository related to your question or suggestion.
  2. Choose the type of issue: question, bug, or feature request.
  3. Fill out the template and submit the ticket.

If you’d like us to handle the SDK integration for your project, our team is here to help with a full integration service.

  1. Go to the Pushwoosh Support page.
  2. In the Subject field, specify: “Request for integration”.
  3. In the Description field, explain what you want to integrate and attach source code.
  4. Submit your request.

The cost of integration starts at $300 per project and may vary depending on specific requirements. This is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a formal offer. The final price and timeline will be discussed individually, but in general, integration takes 1-2 weeks. We reserve the right to decline integration requests at our discretion
