# 理解 Customer Journey 统计数据

所有 Customer Journey 统计数据都可以在 Journey 画布上查看。Pushwoosh 在两个层面上显示绩效数据：

- **Journey 级别统计数据**

  使用画布左侧的 **Journey 统计数据** 面板，跟踪整个营销活动的受众参与度、目标完成情况、消息发送情况和流失情况。

- **元素级别统计数据**

  直接在画布上查看各个步骤的指标。切换 **Show Metrics** 或将鼠标悬停在某个元素上，即可查看 Journey 各个部分的执行情况。
