# Understanding Customer Journey statistics

All Customer Journey statistics are available on the Journey canvas. Pushwoosh shows performance data at two levels:

- **Journey-level statistics**

Use the **Journey statistics** panel on the left side of the canvas to track audience engagement, goal completion, message delivery, and drop-offs across the entire campaign.

- **Element-level statistics**

View metrics for individual steps directly on the canvas. Toggle **Show Metrics** or hover over an element to see how each part of the journey performs.
