# SMS and messenger presets

SMS, LINE, and Kakao presets and rich messages live in **Content > Messenger presets**, each on its own tab. RCS has no tab of its own and is set up inside an SMS preset. The **LINE** and **Rich messages** tabs appear only when these channels are enabled for your account. A rich message builds one message for several channels at once.

## SMS presets

Create reusable SMS content with personalization, several languages, and link shortening. To send over RCS, attach a Twilio RCS template to an SMS preset.
