Pushwoosh collects and stores stats for all messages you send to your users regardless of their type and source. Statistics include detailed data of your campaigns' performance:
pushes sent and pushes opened for each app, campaign, and the whole account;
app installs and app opens for each app and platform;
devices registered and unregistered for each app and platform;
subscribers' number dynamics for each app and platform;
send, delivery, open, and click-through rates for each push and email message;
in-app triggered and in-app opened numbers;
conversion rates and revenue generated by Events.
There are different expiry dates for different types of statistics:

For app-specific statistics, choose an app and go to the Statistics section of this particular app in the left menu.
For account statistics, go to the Statistics section of the whole account (below the app-specific tabs).
For campaign's statistics, choose an app, go to the app-specific Campaigns section, and press the Stats button for a campaign you want to check out.
Statistics section displays only push notifications you send to your apps’ users. This data regards to all the pushes sent from any source, including automated push messaging, pushes sent from Control Panel and via API requests. However, you can check out the Email statistics in My Account section and the Message History filtered by Email API or Email Control Panel source. In-App stats are available in the In-Apps section and contain the In-App triggered and In-App opened rates for each In-App Message.
To see the app-specific stats, choose an app in the Applications section and go to the app’s Statistics tab. To see the message history of a particular app, select the app and go to the Message History section, or open the account’s Message History and search by app (“Select application” drop-down).
Messages stats display the number of pushes sent and opened for a particular app, as well as app opens for a chosen period.
Go to the Statistics tab for the app you’ve chosen. Set a period for which you want to see the stats:

App installs stats reflect the number of all the unique devices registered in our system for a certain app during the selected period. However, not all the users subscribe to push notifications. Therefore, there are Device register stats showing how many devices signed up for receiving push messages. Devices registered – the number of devices, not necessarily unique ones (the hardware ID might have already existed in the database), subscribed to push notifications during the same period. Below the User Engagement graph there is a table containing detailed info concerned with app installs, app opens, devices registered and unregistered, and pushes sent and opened for a chosen period.
The Subscribers graph presented in the app's Statistic section reflects the number of users subscribed for push messages from this app. It displays the dynamics of the number of push subscribers during the chosen period.
Push Statistics for the account reflect the whole picture of your marketing efforts presented in graph and table view. Here, you can see the accumulated number of pushes sent and pushes opened for all the apps you have in your Pushwoosh account.
App-specific statistics is aimed at a more detailed analysis of your campaigns’ performance. Keep track of how your push messaging works for each of the apps you have.
The Message History contains all the data concerned with each specific message you send to your users. Use Search by filter to sort out messages by Notification ID, Notification Code, Application, or Campaign.
You can specify a Source to filter messages sent via the Control Panel, via API, or other sources.

For each message, a notification delivery report is presented in the Message History:
To know the push message metrics such as sent, opened, and click-through rates, press the Statistic button to the right from the message details and report. Push stats are displayed in the graph view making it clear and easy to analyze the message's performance.
By ticking checkboxes for any two messages in the Message History, you can compare their performance by key metrics:
You can find total email statistics in My Account section in your Pushwoosh Control Panel. Here, you’ll see two numbers: the number of emails sent last month and current month.
For each email message you sent, stats are displayed in the Message History section. Find emails by applying the Source filter (sent from Email API or Email Control Panel) and press Statistics button.
To see the stats of In-App Messages, go to the In-Apps section of your Control Panel. Here, the list of In-Apps is presented with the number of how many times each In-App has been triggered by now.
To see the stats for a particular In-App Message, press the Stats button. Set a period to check out, and press Go. The stats include the number of In-App opens for every date within that period.
All the data presented in both graph and table views is available to download as a CSV table and an image. To download a CSV table, press the Export as .csv button above the graph. To download an image, select the image format from the drop-down list in the top right-hand corner of every graph.
