Scheduled Push
Boost open rates of your push messages by making them well-timed
To specify a time to send a push message, go to the Scheduling tab of the Send Push form.
Here are two Time to send options to choose from: Send now and Send later (on a particular date and time).
If you tick the Send now checkbox, the push message will be sent right after you click Woosh! at the bottom of the page. Users will receive this message immediately.
Ticking the Send later checkbox, you will be able to set a date and time to send your push message. To set a date, pick it on the calendar.
Then, set a time in format (according to your local time).
Timezone settings let you define at what timezone the message will be sent. By default, your local timezone is selected – the one set on your device. If you switch to the subscriber's device timezone, users will receive the push notification once the specified time passes in timezones set on their devices. Custom timezone lets you select any timezone you'd like to schedule the message in.
If you send the push according to user's timezone, and the date & time you specified has already passed in some timezones, the push will be sent to users in these timezones immediately. All other users will receive the push according to their local time.
Frequency capping settings allow limiting the number of push notifications sent to a particular user within a specified period. If no capping is set, the message will be sent to every user meeting conditions of a Filter applied or to all app users if no Filter is specified.
Check the checkbox "Limit frequency of sending this message to a particular user" to set up the capping rules.
Specify the max number of pushes that can be sent to the user and the period to be applied. The example above means that in case a user has received 10 push message from that app within the last 5 days, the current message won't be sent to that user.
